The Open Polytechnic Bori was established under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 2020 by the Federal Republic of Nigeria. It operates as an open polytechnic that offers educational programs through distance learning, aiming to train and educate interested students globally. The goal is to enhance the value and effectiveness of education by integrating practical and academic learning systems. Additionally, the polytechnic is affiliated with various institutes both internationally and bwithin Nigeria.
